If you become a Member of The Silver Files in order to post listings in any of our classifieds sections, you will be asked to provide a username, your name, and your email address.
If you advertise with The Silver Files, you will be asked to complete a form to collect information about your business to create your listing.
2. What we do with the information Data gathered from Customer use enables us to determine the value of our services and the usefulness of the content, and thereby continue to improve our website and better meet your needs.
Information gathered from Members and Advertisers allows us to contact you regarding the verification and updating of listings. Members and Advertisers may choose to be contacted by Customers either through their email or through The Silver Files.
We do not sell, display, distribute or disclose your personal information unless you authorize us to do so.
3. How we keep your information secure We are committed to the security of your data, and employ physical, operational and electronic methods to secure the information we collect.
The Silver Files may include links that direct you to third party websites as well as content that belongs to and is provided by third parties. The Silver Files is not responsible for the privacy policies of a third party website.
4. How to remove your information from our database To remove you information previously provided, please contact The Silver Files at info@thesilverpages.com.
5. How to edit your information To edit your information, Members may register into their accounts, click on “edit”, and edit their contact information and listings. Advertisers may contact The Silver Files at info@thesilverfiles.com to update their listings.
